Musikgarten offers three years of group study called
music Makers: At the Keyboard.
Divided into six 15 week semesters, these courses
will teach your child the skills needed to begin a
successful journey as a young musician. Our uniquely
holistic approach also includes singing, drumming, dancing
and ensemble paying as well as writing and reading music.
This multi-facets curriculum gives children a more
well-rounded and joyful music learning experience.
Why group lessons?
Our research shows the a continued emphasis on
listening skills and group interaction can be more effective
than individual music lessons.
Children are less likely to get frustrated or feel
“pressured to perform” when they’re having fun with their
friends. By developing a good foundation in music literacy
now, children have more success in private lessons later.
